Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. 
Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Always include a phone number.

Shipments in Germany 1–2 working days.
Europe 1–4 working days.
Worldwide 3-7 working days.

Standard shipping within Germany 7€.

Express shipping within Germany 15€.

Shipping within EU 20€.

Shipping worldwide 50€.

Outside of the EU, all customs or import duties are charged once a package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. We have no control over these costs, and also cannot give you any detailed information on what the costs will be as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please be aware that your package can be delayed by customs and that charges may be applied for the same reason. We are not able to give details on why your package has been delayed or the length of the delay.
